At Mohini Swim, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns for store credit, with a few exceptions outlined below.

Store Credit for Returns

All eligible returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a Mohini Swim digital gift card.
Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable and do not apply toward store credit.

Refund Exceptions

While we primarily offer store credit, refunds to your original form of payment are available only under the following circumstances:
    •    If your order is canceled by Mohini Swim
    •    If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, though it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Note: Gift card purchases are refunded immediately. We do not offer cash refunds. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To ensure your return is accepted, items must be:
    •    Mailed back within 14 business days of receipt
    •    In original, unworn condition — no makeup, deodorant marks, or odors
    •    Packaged in original materials with tags attached
    •    Purchased as a set (if applicable) and returned as a full set

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these criteria.
